I code.
I ship.
I make it work._

Marcode is an independent software studio in Lahore, Pakistan — shipping production Flutter apps, the backends they run on, and the AI workflows that make them useful.

Three pillars.
End-to-end ownership.

I work across mobile, backend, and AI — usually all three on the same project. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no surprises.

01 / Mobile

Flutter apps that feel native.

iOS and Android from a single codebase. Clean architecture, BLoC/Cubit state management, Firebase and REST/GraphQL integrations, offline-first where it matters.

  • Flutter
  • Dart
  • BLoC
  • Firebase
  • REST

02 / Backend

Backends & infra that don't break.

Node.js and Python (FastAPI). PostgreSQL and Firebase. Self-hosted on a VPS with Docker and Caddy, or on AWS / Oracle Cloud when that fits better.

  • Node.js
  • FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • Caddy
self-hosted or cloud
03 / AI

AI that actually does work.

Workflow automation with n8n. LLM integrations on OpenAI, Claude, and local models via Ollama. WhatsApp business automation. AI features inside mobile apps — transcription, GPT flows, agents.

// about

An independent studio
in Lahore.

Marcode is an independent software studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, building production-grade mobile apps and AI-powered tools for clients across the world.

I work end-to-end: from architecting a Flutter app to spinning up the backend it runs on to wiring in the AI workflows that make it useful. I've shipped apps in health & fitness, civic tech, and cultural documentation, and I run my own self-hosted infrastructure for clients who want to own their stack.
